Body Stretch - Fitness Exercise Classes

Body Stretch is a combination of Callanetics, Pilates, Breathing and specific stretching movements.

Classes are made up of a compilation of technique of movements, by which the body gains flexibility and strengthens muscle tone. It is a complete fitness of the body, mind and soul.

Body Stretch Benefits:

  • Controlled breathing
  • Stretching positions and poses that assist in correcting the posture.
  • Stretching of large and small muscle groups
  • Toning of organs and muscle tissue.
  • Assists in hormonal stimulation, which can correct the endorphin production,
    assisting with “depression”

  • Relaxation and quiet time.

I started body stretch / Yoga 9 years ago with Alison at Lasting Impressions
as a way to keep me fit and build stamina and obtain flexibility which I did not have at the time. I enjoy interacting with the other participants and attending class has become part of my life. Herman Bos.

Where & when may I attend classes

Venue: Lasting Impressions - Activities Studio

Evenings:Mondays & Wednesdays
@ 17:30  - 18:30 PM.

Ladies & gentlemen.

All Classes are limited to 12 students per class.
Cost available on request

There are 8 classes per month, attendance twice weekly.

The classes are on a three month contract basis and payment is due at the beginning of each month.

Or a one month contract or sessional rates available too

Payment is due whether having attended all classes or not and no carry overs are allowed.

If it is a five week month you gain the extra free lessons.
